Hi, I’m Kelly! I spent nearly 15 years at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business guiding leaders to navigate career transitions and unlock their full potential.

As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation, I am dedicated to the highest standards in coaching, further strengthened by advanced training in Hogan, Korn Ferry 360, Core Strengths, and MBTI assessments.
